There are two things that most people fret about.

1. Leery of being hypnotised

2. Think they can't be hypnotised

Let's address both of these now.

The way we're using hypnosis here is to enter into a light trance state, bypassing the conscious mind to communicate directly with the subconscious. It's not a deep mong 'dance like a chicken' state of hypnosis and you are always in complete control. All hypnosis is self hypnosis, I'm just your guide.

Everyone can be hypnotised. We go in and out of trance states all day. It's just what you perceive hypnosis to be.

Some days I feel like I'm deep in hypnosis as I listen to the recording. Some days I'm thinking about my shopping list or a recipe I want to make. It's working on both days and I promise it will work for you too.

As often as possible. Topping and tailing your day with it is great, and at least once a day for best results.

As with anything, you can either find the time for your transformation, or find the time to complain about how your life isn't how you want it to be.

IN SAYING THAT, I do realise that some people have chockablock schedules and other people making demands on their time. 

What my clients have found useful, is to set two alarms in the morning. The first one, you listen to your hypno and the second one gets you out of bed.

You can listen at night time as you go to sleep too. It is still sinking in even if you fall asleep, but you get better recall while awake so a mix of the two is good.
