I’m Bron Martin and I’ve been a Hypnotherapist since 2017.
At the time I was overweight and low key hating on my body and myself. I didn't think I was worthy enough for self love until I was skinny.

How long is each session? They range from 23 - 25 minutes long and you can listen as you're going to sleep and in that dozy state when you're waking up in the morning.
Do I need an app? Yes. We use the Kajabi app, it’s free and handy to use from your phone. You get immediate login details post purchase. You also need internet access to listen as the hypnos stream through the app and can't be downloaded.
