I went through menopause at 30.

Like a hipster... before it was mainstream with my age group.

Back then, there wasn't much help beyond...

"Welcome to menopause. HRT is dodgy. Good luck with those hot flashes."

Twenty years later, too many women are still being told to eat less, move more, put up with the symptoms, and accept that this is just what getting older looks like.

Yeah nah. I don't think so.

So I did what I always do. I got curious. I started asking better questions.

I immersed myself in the latest menopause research, trained as a Menopause Practitioner, and combined that knowledge with nearly a decade of helping women rewire the subconscious patterns that shape their lives.

Mind Over Menopausal Weight is the program I wish someone had handed me twenty years ago.
